As the Human Resources Recruiter you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. We need to find a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow to work with our client. Not only will you handle recruiting functions, you will also be in charge of a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department. This short-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity is based in the Towson, Maryland area.Your responsibilities in this role- Managing new-full-time on-boarding paperwork/orientations- Making use of digital recruiting resources- Supervising various administrative duties- Formulating internal recommendations- Drafting and posting job opportunity advertisements- Leading interviews- Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platformsJob Requirements:- We are looking for someone who has proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience- Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks- Strong familiarity with Recruiting Activities- Recruiting Events experience highly desired- Recruiting Efforts experience preferred- Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Office- General familiarity with customer service- e-Recruitment experience preferred- Proven knowledge of Paycom- Solid understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals- Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - Are you highly detail oriented?
