Description: Our customer will be going live with the latest version of EPIC at their Capital Region Health locations. Capital Region Health consists of sites in Largo, Laurel, Bowie, Suitland, National Harbor, and Cheverly. In preparation for this project to be successful they must ensure that all hardware at these locations is up to date and compatible with the latest version of Windows 10 & EPIC. Consultants will begin provisioning new hardware at the Data Center in Columbia, MD. As they provision and deploy images to new hardware team members will work in rotation with Mike Adams (Project Manager) to visit each Capital Region site to prepare for the deployment. Once on site consultants will be moving, setting up and configuring workstations throughout each Hospital. Skills: imaging, hardware/software, software installation, hardware installation, troubleshooting, windows 10 Top Skills Details: 1. Experience Imaging devices through a process with an imaging tool - SCCM - Other 2. Experience Deploying new Hardware and Resolving hardware break/fix incidents -HP devices -Printers -Scanners 3. Ability and experience diagnosing troubleshooting and resolving software/application installs while deploying a new image As always communication is also key. They will need to be providing timely updates throughout the day to Project leads and team members. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Consultants will need to be 100% comfortable with working within Hospitals and various medical environments. They will also be required to travel to various sites throughout PG County (Largo, Laurel, Bowie, Suitland, National Harbor, and Cheverly) while supporting this project. While working onsite they will be moving boxes, new equipment/devices, standing up workstations, and configuring new hardware along with printers and scanners.
