Functions commonly performed: Serve as the firstpoint-of-contact forCDER employees for IT-related requests and interactions. Work with users to discuss their IT needs, OIMT service agreements and problem escalation with existing ticket requests. Facilitate deployment of new technologies that are being enabled by OIMT, or support IT projects that are being led by OIMT which will affect CDER users by communicating with relevant stakeholders Manage software and hardware requests to ensure they can be addressed within budget Perform other operational duties related to Asset management under CITL: Coordinate PC Refresh for CDER as part of the Agency PC Refresh process. Manage Client Center Data calls and interface with CDER regulatory user community Serve as a focal point of contact for approving access to various Accounts such as Privileged Accounts, Specific CDER applications, and new network shared drives, etc. Create and maintain a catalog of CDER technology tools including Business Owners and CDER Offices. Attend the weekly CDER CITL meetings, bi-weekly agency-wide CITL meetings, monthly OIMT Information Technology Functional Committee (ITFC) meetings and facilitate quarterly IT Coordinators meetings Knowledge/skills: 2 3 years of relevant experience and thorough working knowledge of IT analysis methods and practices. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal and management skills. Proficient in the use of MS Office Excel Macro. Knowledge in Requirements generation. Excellent problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required.
