Description: Program ESOC Enterprise Service Operations Center o CSRA/GDIT potential 167M task order to manage ESOC awarded under Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise contract o The center is comprised of self-help knowledge portals as well as remote service desk resolution support and in-field customer engagement support for the Defense Department s intelligence information systems customers worldwide o CSRA/GDIT acts as the first point of contact to resolve technical issues quickly and help DIA customers seek ideas via self-help knowledge portals As part of the program, CSRA will manage the ESOC which consists of self-help knowledge portals, remote service desk resolution support and in-field customer engagement support for the Department of Defense Intelligence Information Systems global customers. CSRA will also consolidate and standardize remote and in-field customer support at the enterprise level Skills: TS/SCI, Poly, DSS, Defense Intelligence Agency, DIA, Tier 1, Entry-level Top Skills Details: 1. 0 IT experience required - if you have it, it's a plus 2. Security+ (if you don't have it, need to obtain w/in 120 days) 3. TS/SCI with Poly (within the last 5 years) | Contract CANNOT hold full-scope Top Skills: 1. Positive Attitude 2. Driven, willing to learn and take on responsibility, mold-able 3.
