Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a fast growing tech start up that is looking for a results driven Sales Development Manager. This person will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Representatives, provide coaching, support and motivation when needed and drive new business opportunities for the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have exemplary communication skills and a success track record of managing an expanding sales team. Responsibilities: Manage a team of SDRs Assist with the hiring, training and coaching of SDRs Manage both inbound/outbound prospecting Collaborate and work closely with sales leadership to create pipeline and revenue goals Qualifications/Background Profile: 2+ years of experience in a sales management position Experience leading a sales team going through immense, rapid growth Highly motivated and results driven previous sales experience Previous experience with Sales Engagement platforms BS/BA degree strongly preferred Salesforce experience Previous experience working in a start up environment Qualified candidates should send their resume AND call Sparks Group for additional details.
