Job Description Eliassen Group is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer in Windsor Mill, MD to join our client's portfolio of Health Insurance Marketplace programs! This position reports to the Deputy Program Manager and supports CMS by analyzing, documenting and communicating system and businesses processes, being an instrumental player of software implementation project teams throughout the life cycle of the software implementation process, facilitating and validating the development of system solutions to satisfy customer s business needs, conducting software presentations and providing technical supports to existing and prospective customers, implementing and providing inputs for test plans, designing and creating test cases for software testing, performing functional testing, regression testing and keeping track of all the new developments, and producing the evaluated test/defects reports. Responsibilities: Administers complex configuration, integration, and maintenance of Salesforce Makes system enhancements and modifications based on evolving business requirements Manages data migrations between active systems Ensures that Salesforce operates at all times; troubleshoots and problems solves system and/or technology issues for all areas of the program Ensures data and systems are adequately safeguarded and backed up; systems operate in compliance with CMS IT Security regulations Develops an understanding of strategic business needs and provides insight and recommendations to program leadership for technological solutions to meet business objectives Leads and facilitates related continuous improvement initiatives and activities Drives client objectives and goals to completion by leveraging strong collaborations across internal and external stakeholders Works with client to provide Proof of Concept trails of new developers for evaluation, as necessary Qualifications: 3-5 years of administering Salesforce or other front/back office systems experience 6+ years of Salesforce development experience 1+ years of experience with Java and Python Scripting 3-5 years of APEX development Desired Skills and Experience: Apex and Visualforce Salesforce.com Developer and Administrator Certifications Python fundamentals Relational Databases (DML, SQL and/or SOQL, etc ) Experience reading and writing and writing files in multiple formats including CSV, XML, and JSON APIs and Web Service experience, including the Salesforce SOAP and REST APIs JavaScript exposure CSS/HTML/XHTML exposure Java exposure Automated Testing Creating and maintaining documentation Job ID: 346797 About Eliassen Group: Eliassen Group provides strategic talent solutions to drive our clients innovation and business results.
