Job Description Eliassen Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a leading client in the government sector. This position will be 100% remote for the full duration! This resource will be responsible for analyzing user business problems to be solved with automated systems. The candidate will formulate and define information system scope and objectives through research, analysis, testing and fact finding with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Assignments typically include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems to meet business, user, and cost requirements. He/she will prepare communications and make presentations on recommendations on system enhancements or alternatives. Responsibilities: Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Requires creation of a course of action for problem resolution which may require conducting research, conceiving new/innovative approaches, predicting outcomes, and/or developing new theories. Decisions may have a serious impact on the overall success of functional group or company operations. Serves as organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs. Champions large projects that affect the organizations long-term goals and objectives. Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Leads cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Applies professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters. Position Requirements: Workday Security Specialist Will lead analysis to define issues with help from vendor. Will provide technical leadership for project to design and implement new security configuration, performing the majority of technical implementation work. Will work collaboratively with Leidos staff. Looking for someone with vast knowledge of Workday security configuration in large, complex environments. Skillset: 2+ years of Workday Security configuration, team leadership, strong verbal and written communication skills, takes initiative.
