DescriptionRobert Half Direct is partnering with a Personal Injury/Civil Litigation boutique firm to help them find a mid-level Litigation Attorney.The position requires drafting motions, interviewing and preparing witnesses, deposing fact and expert witnesses, and handling discovery, mediations, oral arguments, and trials. Prior jury trial and deposition experience is preferred.The ideal candidate welcomes increasing responsibility, enjoys novel work challenges, and manages a fast-paced workflow. The ideal candidate must be organized and efficient and able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks based on urgency and due dates.The candidate should have experience in the District of Columbia and must be in good standing with the DC Bar.
