Core Responsibilities: Deliver quality customer service to patients, responding to inquiries, questions, or requests, and keeping them informed on the status of their prescription refills in upcoming shipmentsCommunicate with patients by telephone and take refill requests from patients.Transfer calls from providers to the pharmacist when necessarySend fax refill and transfer requests to prescribers and pharmaciesEnsure compliance with all company procedures, federal/state laws, rules and regulationsVerify that prescription information is complete and accurateCollaborate with other members of the pharmacy team to maintain customer satisfactionIncreasing knowledge and understanding of commonly prescribed medications and their uses.Determining a prescription validity based on necessary requirements. Basic Qualifications: High school or equivalent diplomaIdaho State Board of Pharmacy Licensein good standing (This includes Pharmacy Technician, Trainee, and Assistant Licenses)6+ months of customer service experience6+ months of experience working with computer and web based toolsExperience navigating and troubleshooting the internetExperience multi-tasking with phone and computer skillsExperience recognizing and identifying patient medications Preferred Qualifications: National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)1+ year of phone or email customer service experienceExcellent communication skills (spoken and written)Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team memberStrong organization skills and attention to detailExperience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality Salary: $15.00/$16.50/hourly as a Certified Pharmacy Technician Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am 3:30 pm MSTMonday to Friday 8:30 am 4:30 pm MSTMonday to Friday 9:30 am 6:00 pm MSTAvailability is subject to change and based on business needs Apply Now We love our employees We offer an opportunity to be an integral part of a company that is on a mission to reinvent pharmacy and improve peoples lives.
