SUMMARY/OBJECTIVETo coordinate mortgage internal business controls in successful implementation while maintaining consistency in policy and procedure documentation.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Responsibilities:* Assist in creation of learning activities and course content* Maintain project and procedure documentation* Assist with curriculum database input and reporting of training records/transcripts* Coordinate the development, creation and maintenance of procedural documentation within the business unit* Coordinates and collaborates the work of the management team to produce a final documentation for procedures and internal communications (compatible with company standards)* Collect, produce and edit materials to maintain and improve the quality of information provided.* Conduct research to improve upon company standard procedure requirements* Maintain all documentation and archive information in procedure folders* Manage and maintain retention and archival records of policy, procedure and training changes* Performs a variety of other tasks, creativity and latitude is expected* Assist in project management/event planning of departmental employee engagement events* Manage internal departmental communications process and procedure* Assist in organizing, collecting and analyzing data for departmental monitoring.* Manage document retention and record keeping for audit purposes* Assist in obtaining and organizing documentation for audit events* Assist with department risk audit findings to coordinate and organize results and responses.* Facilitate changes for procedural findings to be coordinated through risk, monitoring, procedures and training.* Assist in the creation, maintenance and management of procedure documentation to ensure consistency with bank policy, learning & resource materials.* Assist in the creation and distribution of educational materials and publications while also responsible for organization and coordination of staff training sessions.*OTHER DUTIES* Accepts other duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES** Customer service* Mortgage banking knowledgeQualifications and Education Requirements* Education: Bachelors or equivalent experience* Experience:* 2-5 years mortgage experience required,* Experience with Visio, word press and HTML Experience with Microsoft applications such as word and power point (1-2 years' experience)* Experience with software applications such as Encompass, Adobe, WebEx, (1-2 years' experience)* Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts* Experience working with and creating creative content* Strong communication skills (written and oral)* Ability to engage with senior leadership* Strong ability to utilize procedure writing concepts, practices and procedures (preference for mortgage industry knowledge in these categories)* Strong ability to manage multiple projects at same time and multiple partners to achieve completion of projects by deadlines provided.* Experience in completing a full cycle of procedure projects (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).* Excellent organizational and planning skills* Excellent time management skills* Strong ability to plan, make decisions and accomplish goals.* Experience in completing needs assessments.* Knowledge: Good interpersonal skills, good computer skills, ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishTRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSESRequired annual compliance training.RECOMMENDED ADDITIONAL TRAININGNew Employee OrientationSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENTMust be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
