Responsibilities:
- Provide full member service for products including Share Certificates and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) and Trust Accounts
- If needed, the ability to assist with managing day to day production deadlines AND step in to fill in on day to day tasks as needed in the Certificate/Records departments.
- IRS Required Minimum Distribution knowledge required to assist members with processing accurate and timely IRA distributions.
- Handle and escalate as needed any department issues that arise.
- Create schedules as needed to ensure that all tasks are covered.
- Experience in Certificate processing, with an understanding of IRA workflows and compliance requirements.
- Ascensus IRAdirect experience is highly preferred.
