If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking an Senior Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.Responsibilities:Conduct complex health policy research and analysis, including identifying policy questions, identifying and assessing findings from multiple policy sources, such as legislation, regulations, sub-regulatory guidance, and agency reportsDevelop targeted policy insights and reportable conclusionsCollaborate with project team to develop policy strategies, communication strategies, specified project deliverables Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal developmentExecute and manage multiple project tasks with a federal healthcare program Qualifications:A minimum of three years of healthcare policy experience; US Federal government consulting experience preferredBachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Public Policy; or related fieldExperience with Medicare and/or Medicaid policy programs preferred Experience / knowledge of US health policy, policy making processes, federal healthcare programsStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients and colleaguesAbility to travel as required to support firm engagementsAbility to obtain a US Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires US CitizenshipKPMG LLP (the US member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
