We are seeking an experienced Decommission Support Technician who will perform sorting, unboxing, and re-palletizing of returned PC equipment. Provide telephone support that will include handling calls from field technicians regarding equipment decommissioning tasks being performed at remote Client branches. Duties: Tearing down desks, pulling monitors and peripherals, along with gathering equipment to prepare for PC disposal. Breaking down desk servers, switches, routers, and disconnecting computers. Prioritization of pallets and assets scanning. Qualifications: Organizational skills, ability to collaborate with the team, and work independently. Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Telephone or Electronic Interaction with clients. Able to lift up-to 50lbs. W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
