Looking to hire a **Survey Technician** for a full time, long term opportunity with our **Land Development** client. They need someone who can really lead and act as an expert in the tech space.The Survey Tech needs to have 10 years of surveying experience from a civil firm. This person will be in the office primarily and may sometimes work in the field, but will be supporting the daily work schedules of the field team. The Survey Technician will be using the data collected from the field to create cutsheets and layout plans for engineers to continue with their designs.**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**+ Preparation of cutsheets, wallchecks, finals, asbuilts, boundaries, topos, and field stakeout.+ Primarily working in new construction for large parcels of land+ Assist field coordinator in preparing work for crews.**SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**+ Assist in scheduling field crews as the workload dictates and in the absence of field personnel or on an as-needed basis, this position will perform the field survey duties, as circumstances require.+ All responsibilities outlined above are based on work conditions at the time of job description preparation.**QUALIFICATIONS:**+ 10 years of experience as a Survey Technician (CAD based role)+ Experience in both Carlson Drafting software and AutoCAD+ Experience in both Surveying (field) and Engineering (design)If you are interested, please apply with your resume attached.**About Aerotek: Your success starts with the right career opportunity.
