Baltimore based contractor is looking for an interiors superintendent for a small medical fit out at Anne Arundel Medical Center.This is a tight schedule of 14weeks from start to finish on project. This will be weekend work on Friday/Saturday and Sunday. Hours will be temporary fluctuating between 16-24hrs a week.They have several other projects that are starting at the same time so do not have enough supers to deliver on this project. The position will be responsible for all daily oversight and contractor management on site. Maintaining project schedule and ensuring materials are on site when needed. Potential to go longer term depending on project awards.- Must have 3 years of experience working as a commercial general contractor.- Experience managing fast paced tight timeline projects.- Managing projects in the $150k-500k range- Managing multiple contractors in a tight space with tight time window.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.- Ability to interact with tenants, property management and owners verbally and written - Maintain project schedule.- Provide routine updates to tenants and owners.- Create daily reports on progress.- Keep project on budget and limit change-orders**About Aerotek: Your success starts with the right career opportunity.
