Core Responsibilities: Communicate with patients by telephone and take refill requests from patientsTransfer calls from providers to the pharmacist when necessaryRequest the transfer of existing customer prescriptions into PillPack s pharmaciesTranscribe verbal prescriptions from external pharmaciesManage daily logs and collaborate with team to prioritize workloadWork with the ongoing support team to enter appropriate drug, drug dose, time, instructions and prescriber information into the pharmacy filling systemCommunicate with providers to obtain new prescriptions and follow up on patient-related inquiries Basic Qualifications: High school or equivalent diplomaIdaho State Board of Pharmacy Licensein good standing (This includes Pharmacy Technician, Trainee, and Assistant Licenses)National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)6+ months of customer service experience6+ months of experience working with computer and web based toolsExperience navigating and troubleshooting the internetExperience multitasking with phone and computer skillsExperience recognizing and identifying patient medications Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experienceExcellent communication skills (spoken and written)Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team memberStrong organization skills and attention to detailExperience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pm MSTMonday Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm MSTMonday Friday 9:30am 6:00 pm MSTAvailability is subject to change and based on business needs Salary: $18.15/This role has the ability to receive an increase hourly pay every 6 months tough our Employee Step Plan!
