The Director of Operations is responsible for the day to day operations of the private duty registry and private duty agency. The responsibility also includes financial performance, customer service issues, participating in marketing strategies both new and existing, quality management, and generation of timely and relevant reports on an ongoing basis. This position must also model and mentor the written values of the organization.

Qualified candidates will possess:

Bachelor's degree in Business Health/Administration required
Masters' Degree preferred
5-10 years' supervisory/management experience

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Models, mentors, and monitors the written organizational values (RISES). Oversees daily operations to insure clinical and financial performance.
Ensures financial performance to meet and exceed budget.
Oversees the customer service process.
Participates in obtaining new business and managing existing accounts.
Oversees quality indicators and controls for regulatory compliance.

Tobacco use is a well-recognized preventable cause of death in the United States and an important public health issue. In order to promote and maintain a healthy work environment, Adventist HealthCare will not hire applicants for employment who either state that they are nicotine users or who test positive for nicotine and drug use.
