And right now, we're looking for Great People to join us as we grow again.Great Service Assistant (Busser) - The role of the Great Service Assistant (GSA) is to fulfill Our Commitments to provide Great Service. The GSA will make sure that all Customer Contact Points in the Dining Room are clean and organized. MISSION BBQ looks forward to seeing our Teammates succeed and do our best to help with training, a supportive, nurturing environment and commit to promoting from withinJob DescriptionPerforms the following tasks to promote Teamwork: Practices proper time reporting (ie, punches in and out accurately) Arrives to work on time, in the proper work attire, and ready to work Is neat and well-groomed for every shift and in proper work attire Demonstrates a helpful, positive attitude at all times to customers and Teammates Understands and adheres to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures Provides complete and timely communication to other employees throughout the shift Is prepared to conduct weekly maintenance duties Completes all assigned tasks and duties requested by managersPrepares for a shift by performing the following tasks: Ensures work area is clean and fully stocked with supplies Retrieves sufficient food products and utensils and turns on equipment to ensure the station is ready for productionExecutes throughout the shift by performing the following tasks: Monitors dining room tables to ensure they meet or exceed standards Prepares tables for customers by removing dirty dishes, trays, sweeping floor, and wiping seats Assists other employees and customers as needed to ensure teamwork Keeps dining room stocked with supplies for customers Inspects and maintains restrooms by replenishing toiletries, wiping down surfaces with a sanitized cloth and cleaning up spills to ensure clean, well-stocked restrooms Answers questions regarding food, beverages, restaurant, and service using knowledge of the restaurant. Listens to customer's complaints and comments and informing managerExecutes at the end of the shift by performing the following tasks: Ensures that tables and dining room is immaculate before start of the next shift Checks out with a manager before leaving to ensure all duties and side-work have been completed and performed to standard
