Responsibilities: Provide full scale facilities project management that includes, but is not limited to interfacing with personnel, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Engineers, NAVFAC Project Managers, NAVFAC Inspectors, Architect/Engineering firms, BOS Contractors, outside facility service and utility organizations for obtaining facility maintenance, updated facility operations, new facility design, new facility construction and facility upgrades/repairs. Develops project Requirements, Statements of Work, Cost Estimates (Rough-Order-Magnitude (ROM), historical based and RMS means based), and schedules. Education: BS or BA degree in a Business, Management or "Relevant Technical Discipline. Allowable Substitution: An AS or AA degree in a technical discipline or related field and an additional two (2) years of experience; OR an additional six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree. Experience: At least two (2) years experience related to the responsibilities of the position. Prefer candidates with experience in cost/benefit analysis, quality control, successful completion of critical path events, project tracking, SECNAV / OPNAV / OSD forms related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD 254s. Other: The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance is required. An Active Secret Security Clearance is preferred.
