Specialized Experience:GS-14: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal government, performing the following duties:

Responsibilities
- Coordinates internal ITA and Commerce reviews of assigned CFIUS transactions, leveraging the breadth of technical expertise available across Commerce.
- Plans and carries out projects; provides advice; prepares reports; brief senior Commerce officials and monitors and evaluates issues for impact on agency programs and policies.
- Conducts research and analysis on the national security aspects of commercial and technological issues.
- Builds effective external working relationships within Commerce, other U.S. government agencies, and the private sector.
