As the Service Porter, you will be able to use your skills in daily interaction with our Customers, Service Advisors, Service Managers and support staff, just to name a few. The Service Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to the maintenance and service of vehicles. Responsibilities Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner Direct customer to Service Advisor Install disposable seat covers, floor mats, and ID tags in all the vehicles taken in for service Transport customer vehicles from service to parking area, tech stalls, or wash bay Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner Inspect each vehicle for damage prior to parking for service and report any damage immediately Prior to returning vehicle to customer, inspect for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damage immediately Maintain daily cleanliness of service facilities including service drive and dealership common grounds Walk the lot to make sure service vehicles are locked, windows are up and service vehicles are parked in designated locations Responsible for maintaining clean loaner and rental vehicle(s) (ie interior, exterior, gas, etc.) Assist the service department/advisors during peak times Maintain a positive attitude every day Other duties as assigned Requirements Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals Outstanding communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Great attitude with a high-energy personality Superior customer service skills All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA All applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug test Must have a valid driver's license Our company maintains a strong policy of equal employment opportunity for all associates.
