This individual will oversee and manage the Salesforce platform, including administration, declarative development, data imports, road-mapping and training. This position coordinates all Urban Teachers Salesforce needs for Sites, Recruitment & Admissions, Performance & Evaluation, Communications, & Development.Location:Due to the impact of COVID-19, our regional offices are closed and staff members will work virtually until further notice.Otherwise,location is flexible for the right candidate, though a strong preference will be given to candidates in the Baltimore/Washington metro areas.Areas of Responsibility:Product ownership and management of Salesforce & integrated products such as Form Assembly & DocuSignSalesforce automation management including workflow, process builder, flows and advanced flow workMaintain architectural integrity for Urban Teachers Salesforce orgMaintain security of Urban Teachers Salesforce orgManage Pardot Marketing Automation platform in collaboration with Communications staffManage workflow for changes to Urban Teachers Salesforce orgOversee data governance & master data management as it relates to data in SalesforceThought partner with other teams for build out of and use cases for SalesforceProject Management of major Salesforce-related projectsProactively keep up with all Salesforce releases and develop project and proposals for extending and improving Urban Teachers usage of SalesforceManage reporting & analytics workflow for Urban Teachers Salesforce orgManage Urban Teachers Experience/Community Cloud CommunitiesCreate & maintain training materials for Urban Teachers Salesforce orgCreate & maintain documentation of Urban Teachers Salesforce orgAssist the Salesforce Administrator with daily tasks and basic Salesforce tasks such as field and object creation when that role is out or has a high volume of workRequired Qualifications:Salesforce Certified Administrator & either Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Salesforce Certified Advanced AdministratorExperience with Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Campaigns, email & email templates, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), FormAssembly, Pardot, and Salesforce Experience/Community CloudStrong Salesforce declarative development skills, particularly Process Builder & FlowMinimum 3-5 years experience with Salesforce as an Admin, preferably with experience as a lead/senior admin, product manager or similar roleMust be eligible to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipAdditional Qualifications:Experience with Dataloader.io, Mogli SMS, Service Cloud, and DocuSign a plusCertified Community Cloud Consultant and/or Nonprofit Cloud Consultant a plusAbout Urban TeachersThe mission of Urban Teachers is to improve educational and life outcomes of children in urban schools by preparing culturally competent, effective career teachers who accelerate student achievement and disrupt systems of racial and socioeconomic inequity.
