This individual will be part of a team, taking direction from the Mid-Level and Senior Technical Writer. Required Experience : Bachelor's degree and 0 years of experience, or 4 years of technical writing experience Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities Create and maintain the information architecture Uploading and maintaining information on collaboration sites, particularly MS SharePoint Proofreading and editing documents submitted by co-workers Providing a quick turnaround on User Manuals or documentation affected by bugs or issues in an implemented application
