Seeking a technical lead for a team supporting enterprise wide SharePoint and Dynamics 365 platforms for a large federal agency.This senior Microsoft technologist will provide technical leadership, guidance, and hands-on support for maintaining, enhancing, and driving innovation for large scale enterprise SharePoint and Dynamics 365 platforms residing in hybrid cloud infrastructure, including on-premises, Azure IaaS, and Office 365 SaaS offerings. The technical lead will oversee technical operations of two platform teams (SharePoint and Dynamics) in a shared service environment for a major federal government Department. They will support the Project Manager and provide hands-on support and technical guidance to the teams, including providing guidance and support to development teams. Duties include:Working independently and balancing multiple and competing priorities and projectsLeveraging and advancing DevSecOps best practices to design, implement, and deploy solutionsDrive Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices in order to engage with team, leadership and government clientele on project developmentIntegrate multiple software products across cloud and hybrid environmentsEffectively work with team members including partners, customers, and leaders to proactively identify and mitigate / resolve risks and issuesAnalyze customer business requirements and design technical solutions to meet business goals and objectives including functional / non-functional requirements in alignment with architectural standardsAt least 10 years of IT experience focused on Microsoft technologiesAt least 5 years of SharePoint experience, including performing the following:oPlan, design, test, and implement SharePoint backups, business continuity, and disaster recoveryoTroubleshoot functional and technical incidents occurring within SharePointoPerform corrective SharePoint administration, configuration and maintenanceoProvide Tier 3 support for SharePoint helpdesk to address user requests and issuesoProvide technical mentoring and support to SharePoint developers and administratorsoProvide guidance to business units and SharePoint team on site structure and navigationoAssists with site collection administration for business user departmentsExperience on multiple Dynamics 365 / CRM projects, including the following:oFunctional/Technical skills including knowledge / mastery of Dynamics and the Power platform technologies, including PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Common Data Service, Azure SQL, Azure Services (Key Vault, Web Applications, Service Bus, Virtual Machines, Application Insights)oDynamics Development experience - Configuration, Plug-in, Workflows, JavaScript, C#, HTMLoExperience in .NET areas/ Web Applications, REST APIoExperience with SSIS and related data migration techniques and strategiesoExperience with DevOps - Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Unit/UI Testing
