Job Responsibilities: Conduct usability testing and work closely with Product Designers and Process Engineers developing applications. Design and develop user surveys to obtain user feedback. Use task experience in each of the usability and software engineering cycle phases (analysis, design, implementation, and deployment). Work closely with users to research for and document user profiles, analysis tasks, and workflows. Direct and conduct usability testing and work closely with product designers/process engineers developing applications. Design and develop user surveys to obtain user feedback. Use task experience in each of the usability and software engineering cycle phases (analysis, design, implementation, and deployment). Work closely with users to identify and document user profiles, analysis task workflows, and user scenarios, in order to create user interface design from provided specifications. Required Candidate Qualifications: Active TS/SCI Poly. Bachelor's Degree in Cognitive and/or Experimental Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, or an Engineering related field and 5+ years related experience and familiarity with task analyses, User Interface Design, and Usability Testing. Experience working closely with users to research for and document user profiles, analysis tasks, workflows, and user scenarios. Experience documenting user requirements, creating user interface design specifications and working with product designers/process engineers to develop applications, conduct usability testing, and design/develop user surveys to obtain user feedback.
