Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Full Time Dietetic Assistant who will provide hospitality services to patients for meal selection, tray build, tray delivery and pickup and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction with all aspects of the patient meal service. Interacts with nursing and other department team members. Discusses, guides and records Patient meal order. Position includes but is not limited to, preparing patients trays, helping patients with menu selection, meal delivery, pick-up and clean-up. Experience in food service preferred but is not required. Basic computer knowledge and computer use preferred.

The Dietetic Assistant must have:
* The ability to follow written instructions when using cleaning products.
* Must be able to follow policies and procedures relating to food service, especially in the
areas of sanitation.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• One (1) year of relevant hospital setting preferred.
• Proficiency in English/ Bilingual is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Food Handlers Certification helpful.
• High School diploma or GED is desired but not required
