Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a talented Business Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location.

The three main responsibilities for this position will be: 1) Maintaining, executing, and working with UiPath driven Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes; 2) Supporting business process improvement projects with Lean Six Sigma reviews, business process analysis and project documentation; 3) Working directly with the client to ensure RPA process compliance and to monitor and report on active production bot processes.

Responsibilities
• Execute attended Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bot processes within UiPath Studio
• Monitor and support an unattended Robotic Process Automation program within UiPath Orchestrator
• Create, edit, and revise, as appropriate, Robotic Process Automation and other automation project documentation, approach memos, or process maps to support the federal government
• Perform Lean Six Sigma reviews of complex business processes and operational processes for Financial Operations; Document and communicate results
• Provide support for the management, coordination and implementation of operational procedures and financial systems or processes
• Conduct business process re-engineering activities
• Act as liaison between the systems development, computer operations, and accounting groups, from a financial operations RPA perspective, for software changes/upgrades and coordination of operational procedures
• Responsible for collecting user requirements, reviewing software designs for accuracy and cross-system and cross-organization impact, assessing operational/business impacts

Required Qualifications
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration or closely related field of study.
• 5+ years of technical experience in systems development, requirements development, and/ or automated financial systems development, and/ or automated financial systems analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in a technical and non-technical capacity)

Desired Qualifications
• Experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator RPA software
• Experience with CGI Federal Momentum software, Reporting platforms and/or eTravel
• Lean Six Sigma certification
