Responsibilities

  • Oversees, monitors, and manages Recreation Aids.
  • Informs higher level supervisors of the needs to revise tour of duty schedules to meet the work requirements of the mission.
  • Supports and explains management programs and procedures to subordinates.
  • Ensures all staff completes mandatory training requirements on time.
  • Provides input for employee performance standards.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.

  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
  • Must have and retain a valid drivers license.
  • Must be able to work weekends and rotating shifts as needed.
