The Helpdesk Supervisor manages the day-to-day efforts of the team responsible for IT support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, adept at partnering with various business stakeholders and providing expert level customer service. Essential Functions (not all-inclusive): * Oversees and provides guidance over daily work processes to ensure the efficient and effective completion of Technician assignments. * Leads, guides and trains associates performing Support Technician related work (if applicable). * Acts as primary Information Technology representative to the business leadership teams at the Music & Arts Support Center. * Provides remote and hands-on support to connect, upgrade and maintain desktop computers and remote systems and tools * Troubleshoots LAN, WLAN and WAN connectivity issues. * Provides connectivity to wireless or wired infrastructure for desktops, laptops, printers and all computer related equipment. * Provides basic training to end users for proper use of computer equipment and software including Microsoft products. * Maintains and configures phone systems and printer systems. * Leads small to mid-size projects. * Afterhours support. * Additional duties as assigned.
