Represent Product Delivery as a Senior Application Architect on the claims modernization and transformation initiative otherwise known as the NextGen Configurable Claims Adjudication Engine. Role is to function as part of a team of Application Architects and to collaborate with Solution Architecture, Data Architecture and Enterprise Architecture to help drive towards optimal solutions and architectures and on time delivery of supportable products. Requirements o 11- 15 Years of Experience with 8 years of relevant architecture design experience o Bachelorrsquos degree in computer science or related IT field or equivalent work experience o TOGAF or similar architecture certification required or commitment to acquire such certification within the initial 6 months assignment o Proven strong technical architecture design background o Real world Kafka architecture, design, and implementation experience Experience implementing Spring boot microservices to process messages into the Kafka cluster setup. Experience implementing Kafka producer and consumer applications on Kafka cluster setup with help of Zookeeper. Experience using Spring Kafka API calls to process the messages smoothly on the Kafka Cluster. Have knowledge on the partitioning of Kafka messages and setting up the replication factors in the Kafka Cluster. o Expert in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems o Extensive experience in developing technical architectures. o Expert knowledge of information systems, spanning at least two to four component architectures. o Extensive experienced in translating business strategies, across several business units into effective solutions. o Expert knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle. o Expert understanding of design patterns and their application at all levels (conceptual, logical and physical). o Solid experience working with SOA, object modeling, system performance optimization o Demonstrated success in architecting large-scale enterprise software. A combination and good balance of architecture design and hands-on development skills. o Proven strong technical leadership skills. o Proven ability to lead the design of large-scale systems with N-tier architecture o Demonstrated experience in monitoring, analyzing and recommending solutions to performance problems in high-traffic, large-scale distributed systems and integration architectures o Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred o Healthcare Payer industry knowledge and experience o Ability to work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders o Self-starter and motivated o Experience using and designing application architectures non-SQL databases like MongoDB, and Cloud migrations are all a plus o Experience with Business Rule Enginesworkflow using Pega.
