REQ RQ69306 Travel Required 10-25 Public Trust None Requisition Type Pipeline Assures the viability, functionality, and effectiveness of test tools. Contractor Product owner has ultimate responsibility for assuring that products are compliant with technical specifications and quality standards. Coordinate the use and maintenance of test environments for systems supporting the needs of all projects. Define and implement test strategy to ensure maximum test coverage. Lead and mentor a distributed team consisting of local and remote test resources. Manage the creation and on-going development of an automated testing framework for use on the products. Perform test engineering tasks when needed including creating and executing test cases. Provide Test Coverage reports to stakeholders for each software release. Recommend and lead initiatives to improve test processes and improve efficiency. Report detailed defect reports. Support multiple development teams with estimation, planning and strategy for testing products. Work closely with Release Manager. REQUIRED QUAIFICATIONS BABA Degree and 8 years of relevant experience Active TSSCI clearance Demonstrated success for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, processes and products quality and reliability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 8 years of software quality assurance experience, Minimum of 3 years in a lead role or management position. 5 years of experience with SAFe related testing and quality management. Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery especially integrating automated tests into CICD pipelines. Experience with scripting knowledge (Java or Python). Experience with source configuration management and defect tracking systems (such as Bitbucket and Jira). Familiar withcustomertesting process. Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and processes. Strong understanding of Agile software development life cycles and current software quality assurance processes and automated tools We are GDIT.
