You will receive a base hourly wage (starting at $12) plus monthly customer service bonuses ($250-$2000+/mo) and monthly sales commissions (unlimited, but average $2500/mo). Our CSRs bring in $40k - $60k+ a year!WHAT YOU'LL DO* Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries* Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications* Enter, schedule and coordinate customer moves* Prepare and accurately complete all required paperwork* Follow-up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction* Calmly and professionally handle customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues* All other duties as assignedWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR* Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required* At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience* Excellent customer service skills: effective listening and communication* Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone* Good grammar, voice and diction* Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively* Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities* Able to perform basic business math* Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core ValuesArlington
