Job Description Overview Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide. We are currently seeking a full-time Benefits Administrator - Compensation Analyst to join our Corporate Team located in the Tysons Corner area of Vienna, Virginia. Available Shift Responsibilities The Benefits Administrator - Compensation Analyst will work under the supervision of the Benefits Director to lead the administration of companywide health and defined contribution benefit programs. This role is be responsible for responding to employee inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and changes as well as ensuring carriers have accurate information. Responsibilities also include performing analysis of company compensation and benefits packages and structures. Qualifications * Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources required * CEBS(Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) certification preferred * Benefit administrator experience including managing small groups, working with a broker, invoice remittance, and benefits analysis * Two years of experience in compensation analysis including salary survey experience, infrastructure development, AAP(Affirmative Action Program), performance tracking, and merit/bonus processing * Proficiency with Microsoft Office required * Bachelor's degree preferred * PHR or HR certification preferred * Experience with UltiPro HRIS preferred * High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and documentation INDMHM #ZR4 MHM Services, Inc. d/b/a Centurion Group, Inc.
