Qualifications

Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the Minimum Qualification requirements as noted below.

Specialized Experience:
Program Analyst (Configuration and Test Lead), ZA-0343-4 (GS-13/14): You qualify for the ZA-4 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12/ZA-3 grade level in the Federal government, performing the following duties:
  • Applying technical expertise in software financial management systems and software mission support systems to the configuration, integration, deployment, and operations of software solutions and enterprise data warehouses;
  • Managing technical and cross-functional teams, coordinate with program leadership; and
  • Communicating with stakeholder populations throughout a software program's lifecycle;

Background Investigation: To ensure the accomplishment of its mission, the Department of Commerce requires each and every employee to be reliable and trustworthy.
