Aerotek's client is looking for a Construction Project Manager to to join their team for a full time, long term opportunity. Our client is a full service Retail Advisory Firm. They manage and lease properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic. This particular position will support projects in the Northern Virginia area.Primary Functions:- Monitor/control construction through administrative direction through the on-site.-Process all change orders-Manage RFI's, submittals, and billing of invoices, etc.-Work with clients to plan, execute and bring projects to completion on time and on budget-Develop new business opportunities relative to a particular Client, group of Clients or geographical area-Experience in Commercial Interiors and New Construction -Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets-Strong knowledge of construction materials and processesQualifications: At least 10 years of General Contractor, Construction Management, or Subcontractor experience, and at least 4 years as a Project Manager running their own projects.Commercial experience.
