The Bilingual Human Resource Generalist will need to have a solid 4+ years of human resource experience. The Bilingual Human Resource Generalist will need to be able to work in a fast pace environment, have strong attention to detail and need to be fluent in English and Spanish speaking. The Bilingual Human Resource Generalist will handle Workers Compensations Claims, personnel files, Employee Related Issues, onboarding new hires and conducting new full-time trainings. The Bilingual Human Resource Generalist will also be recruiting candidates for open positions, updating HRIS system, and managing all compliance paperwork. The Bilingual Human Resource Generalist will be in charge of a wide variety of responsibilities, including owning a number of different personnel related administrative tasks and managing the HR department. The Human Resource Generalist will handle employee questions about pay and benefits, policies, processes, and procedures.
