Our client, a company specializing in the unique needs of minimally invasive surgery centers, is seeking a Sales Manager Location: Rockville, MD Position Type: Full Time Job Summary: Owns and operates three Ambulatory Surgical Centers, two in Maryland and a third ASC located just outside NYC in Secaucus, NJ. Utilizes these ASC's to perform major GYN surgical cases using "New Procedural Technology" to allow for successful migration of hospital-based procedures to the ambulatory setting. Outcomes are exceptional, complication rates the lowest in the published literature, and cost of the procedures comparatively to robotic and standard laparoscopy reveal the lowest cost profile in the current literature. As Business Development - Sales Manager, the candidate will supervise a team of four physician liaisons located in both the DC and NYC market. The Sales Manager will coordinate and start the hiring process for these candidates immediately. The candidate will directly interface with an experienced in-house marketing team, research, and the Business Development, Syndication to identify market potential and penetration to primary care physicians, OBGYN's, concierge practices, and corporate HR clients. Responsibilities: -Supervision of a sales team of up to 4+ members to include teaching and mentoring those members to achieve their goals. -Setting growth targets and achieving those targets through an organized sales program that provides leadership, analysis, and problem solving to continually move forward. -Developing and executing outreach marketing initiatives. -A relationship builder, the Manager will build and foster growth opportunities with other area healthcare providers, organizations, and with the marketing team and research teams. Qualifications: -8+ years in a sales management role in a healthcare related field -Experience with Salesforce -Strong computer skills -Experience with setting both personal and team member sales quotas.
