Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a telecommunications company searching for a Facilities Admin to coordinate maintenance activities for various buildings. Interested individuals should apply and call us at 202-463-5100 to discuss.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist supervisor with making contact with certain building managers to schedule surveys and project upgrades.
  • Provide needed documentations for each building or survey/upgrade.
  • Meeting with different building managers to complete necessary paperwork regarding the work that needs to be performed.
  • Data entry - updating different excel database with information regarding to surveys and projects.
  • Responding to RFI (request for information) from client or customers
  • Assisting Project mangers and supervisors with day to day / week to week survey schedule and upgrades.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work on-site
