Must be proactive and self-driven to work independently with the customer to achieve their organizational objectives. Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Poly required 20 + years of Systems Engineering lifecycle knowledge and application to include development of CONOPS, SOWs, URDs, SRDs, etc to guide projects through the needed milestones to ensure success Technical background in telecommunications, networks, and wireless technologies to include an understanding of protocols Experience with hands-on assessment of technical tools Ability to evaluate new technologies to recommend solution options that can meet customer requirements Ability to work independently and proactively to drive success for the customer Advanced technical degree is desired SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
