Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a well-established government contractor specializing in health and human services projects, particularly on diabetes treatment and prevention, seeking a Project Manager to help manage complex projects, provide training, grants management, and client relations. Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight of project staff and provide mentorship in professional development.
  • Track project budgets and breakdown structures.
  • Ensure project tasks are on track and within budget.
  • Manage relationships with clients and project stakeholders, maintaining communication with client and team.
  • Manage staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop project reports, including cleaning and analyzing data in Excel and creating infographs.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 5+ years managing large, complex projects
  • Expert level Excel skills and experience doing data clean up and creating visualizations
  • MPH or MA in related field preferred
  • Knowledge in diabetes prevention/treatment, wellness, or other related areas
  • Strong leadership skills with a team-player mentality
  • Experience working with American Indian/Alaska Native communities a plus
  • PMP highly desired
