Position Overview:

Today, Freddie Mac makes home possible for one in four home borrowers and is one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing. The Multifamily Production & Sales Operations Senior Director is seeking an Associate to join the MF team.

The MF Production Operations team plays a critical role in supporting Production teams across regions and lines of business, as well as the Production & Sales senior management team. As an Associate member of the Production Ops team, you will have a unique opportunity to experience and contribute to many multifaceted projects in a fast moving environment.

Our Impact:
  • MF Production Ops is a specialized team responsible for 1) providing operational support for Production teams, and 2) supporting the senior management in implementing their initiatives and strategies
  • We deliver routine support and issue resolution to Production teams.
  • We develop and implement processes/methodologies that optimize achieving MF production goals and mission.
  • We collaborate with almost all business units within MF in various projects.
Your Impact:
  • Perform day-to-day duties related to supporting Production Teams
  • Assist in managing systems related to pipeline management
  • Perform interim and ad-hoc reporting and analytical tasks
  • Assist in industry and internal events related to customers (Lenders and Borrowers)
  • Contribute to various projects requiring creative problem solving
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of related experience in Multifamily or related field
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint
