TheSenior Marketing and Communications Associate is responsible for creating and implementing marketing communications initiatives for enterprise applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee community engagement to help maximize advocacy.
  • Plan, write, and implement strategies for communications campaigns to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work closely with project owners and SMEs to design and implement effective marketing outreach strategies.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust communications campaigns accordingly.
  • Translate data findings into insights and usable information that can be easily understood by stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with analysts to publicize the application's capabilities.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications initiatives.
  • Provide customer service support, including coordinating and orchestrating customer relations and program meetings.

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
  • Bachelor's Degree in technical or business-related field from an accredited college or university is required.
  • 4+ years of additional marketing experience may be used in lieu of degree
  • 10+ years' experience of related experience in marketing initiatives.
  • Must have a TS/SCI with FS Polygraph clearance.
