Responsibilities:
  • Manage day to day production deadlines AND step in to fill in on day to day tasks as needed in the ACH/IP departments.
  • Handle and escalate as needed any department issues that arise.
  • Create schedules as needed to ensure all tasks are covered.
  • Ensure ACH/IP processes remain in compliance with applicable laws and Tower's policies.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • Experience in ACH/check processing, with an understanding of workflows and compliance requirements.
