On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Bilingual English/Tagalog Telephone Interviewers (Work from Home). Remote Telephone Interviewers will ask questions over the phone regarding Medicare benefits. This position pays $14.50 per hour, offering at least 20 hours of work per week, and the position lasts from February 8, 2021 - May 28, 2021. Required paid training will begin January 18, 2021, and will conclude by February 6, 2021. Training will be a combination of at-home study and webinar. As a Bilingual English/Tagalog Telephone Interviewer, you will: Contact health plan call centers across the country to help Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) evaluate healthcare compliance Be on the phone the full shift and be comfortable making a high volume of calls with specific time constraints Read the questions clearly and verbatim to the participant Accurately record outcomes and issues Position Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail Ability to read and speak English and Tagalog fluently 6 months of customer service experience preferred; preferably in a government agency, hospitality, financial/banking, or professional office setting Background check required Working from home requirements: Hard-wired high-speed internet service required - must be able to connect via Ethernet cable connection (within 25ft of the workspace); wireless/WIFI connection not permitted Alternate telephone (ie cell) to use to access client systems as part of the login process and for communicating issues to physical call center Proficiency with troubleshooting and using computers Quiet, private space in your home to conduct work. Hours & Training: Attend and complete the required Online home study beginning the week of January 18, 2021 Classroom or webinar training the week of February 63, 2021 3 - 8 hours per shift 20 - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
