Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

The role of the Executive Assistant is to provide professional secretarial and clerical support to Behavioral Health Leadership. This position oversees the management of office functions, including accounting and payroll functions, scheduling, preparing reports, and maintaining a professional office environment. Responds to the needs of customers and work with all areas of the department to help meet the critical success factors of the organization.

Qualifications include:
• High School Diploma; 2 year Associate Degree preferred
• Two years of experience in office management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Timekeeping Software, and Outlook
