The Senior Endpoint Engineer will serve as the primary architect and subject matter expert for a broad range of advanced Enterprise and Endpoint (Desktop, Laptop, Mobile) Engineering functions in a 24/7 hospital environment. They work closely with a team of technology subject matter experts to strategically plan upcoming technology standards, design the endpoint configuration and security baselines, develop work breakdown structures, and provide consultation to the project management office in support of enterprise class system wide endpoint deployments. In this role, you will review and architect technology standards around the AHC core technology portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for providing level IV, final resolution, support. Additionally, this role will work with the team to escalate infrastructure platform and application issues to appropriate vendors to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and efficient. The technology portfolio supported by the team includes Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune), as well as a strong understanding of centralized configuration methods and tools including Active Directory integration, GPO's, scripting and troubleshooting. The Endpoint devices utilized range from Microsoft Windows Desktops and Laptops, iPads, Android Mobile devices and a variety of clinical infrastructure devices.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or information technology is preferred
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting MS Windows operating systems and software in an enterprise environment
• 5+ years supporting, packaging and releasing COTS based applications
• 3+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred
• 3+ years of experience working with clinical applications is preferred
• Network + or similar certification required
• A+ or similar certification required
• ITILv3 Foundations is preferred
• At least two additional Certifications in a relevant endpoint management technology such as MS Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft Operating System, Apple or Android device management, MS Intune, scripting, etc
