Adventist HealthCare and CCPLabs seek to hire an experienced Executive Assistant who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Executive Assistant you will:
• Provide administrative business support for the Executive Director; assist with calendar appointments; associate communications; expense reporting, special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for providing expertise over the critical workflow process areas of Administration and specialized Billing, while assuring compliance of all policies and procedures outlined in the SOP manual and employee source book. Assist with maintaining administrative SOP's, as directed.
• Participate in management operational meetings, meets deadlines and organizes and maintains the office filing system.
• Perform billing, invoicing and A/R of select clients and legal requests; processes reference lab and vendor invoices for corporate payment. Monthly client billing audit and invoicing. Assist with and back up the end of month financial closeout.
• Maintains business contracts; manages the control order process from receiving new control orders to invoicing for completed orders.
• Responsible for quarterly CQI document control, data compilation, meeting appointments and minutes.
• Maintains company licensing requirements and renewals. Manages Pathologists proficiency testing and ensuring updated licenses on file.
• Demonstrate proficient use of LIS system and computer software programs with high level of precision.

Qualifications include:
• HS Diploma required
• AS or BS degree preferred
• Office applications, PC skills with strong knowledge of computer software programs (Microsoft Word and Excel) required
• Knowledge of Laboratory Information System (LIS) preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and CPT coding preferred
• Medical work experience and/or laboratory setting preferred

Work Schedule:

Full-time; Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm

In addition to education and experience qualifications:

• Outstanding customer service, organizational and time management skills
• Well organized, thorough, and conscientious approach in performing duties, including troubleshooting of daily issues
• Ability to listen and communicate information in a verbal and written manner, while maintaining confidentiality
• Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to handle a multi-task environment without guidance
