The Access Manager provides account provisioning support in conjunction with both the service desk and automated provisioning tool suite. Account provisioning support includes the account creation, modification and deletion across systems including but not limited to MS Active Directory, Cerner, and LDAP integrated systems within the portfolio. This position would also be responsible with creating the group membership structure for applying role-based provisioning of accounts within systems, distribution list management, and log monitoring and management of accounts

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or information technology is preferred
• 3+ years of experience supporting general account administration in an Active Directory enterprise environment
• 1+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry or mission critical industry is preferred
• A+ Certification or similar certification required
• ITILv3 Foundations is preferred
• Active Directory administration certification preferred
