The Junior Access Manager provides account provisioning support in conjunction with both the service desk and automated provisioning tool suite. Account provisioning support includes the account creation, modification and deletion across systems including but not limited to MS Active Directory, Cerner, and LDAP integrated systems within the portfolio. Additionally, this role would be responsible for creating the group membership structure for applying role-based provisioning of accounts within systems, distribution list management, log monitoring and management of accounts.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or information technology is preferred
• A+ Certification or similar certification preferred
• ITILv3 Foundations is preferred

Work Schedule:
  • Operational Support: Create, modify, troubleshoot, and disable active directory user accounts and groups; Perform password resets; perform routine tasks to support network portfolio; perform ad hoc reporting; participate in on-call rotation as needed
  • Implementation and Transition: Follow PMBOK principles, change/release management best practices, and effective communication for implementation and transition of automated and manual provisioning configurations
