My client is a well-established international logistics company and located in Arlington VA with a newly created role for a HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will work with Hiring Managers across the country to develop hiring strategies and retain and recruit for top talent for various roles in the organization. Due to the growth of the organization they have created this role and it will be responsible for the recruiting initiatives for 20-30 monthly requisitions including posting jobs, sourcing resumes, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers, and assisting with on-boarding new hires. The HR Recruiter will be report to the HR Manager in the Crystal City Arlington Office. Candidates with experience in recruiting for craftsmen and engineers are highly encouraged to apply.
